Challenge
A software team adopted coding agents quickly but without shared rules. Pull requests varied in quality, tests were skipped under pressure, and no one could see what agents had touched or why.
Engineering Intelligence
A governed engineering system connecting coding agents, repositories, testing, documentation, issue tracking, and human approval.

A software team adopted coding agents quickly but without shared rules. Pull requests varied in quality, tests were skipped under pressure, and no one could see what agents had touched or why.
We designed an agentic engineering layer with explicit permissions, repository policies, test gates, documentation requirements, and escalation paths. Work routes to the right model or human based on risk, with full observability across the release path.
Agent-assisted changes moved through a consistent release discipline. Review burden shifted from detective work to judgment. The team gained a durable engineering operating model instead of a collection of one-off prompts.
